Mr. Mohammed Bakar has approached the Upper Area Court in Mararaba, Nasarawa, requesting custody of his ten children. In his application, Bakar, a resident of Masaka in Karu Local Government Area, expressed concerns for his safety, alleging that his wife, Hauwa, has been threatening his life and has refused to vacate their home. He further claimed that she has resorted to using various charms against him. The court is expected to consider the matter and make a ruling on the custody request.
