The event, titled “Probing Women’s Career Progression and Leadership Pathways in the Judiciary,” featured discussions among judicial officials, legal practitioners, and stakeholders. The dialogue aimed to highlight the importance of increasing women's representation in the judiciary and to explore strategies for enhancing their career advancement within the legal system.
