A Federal High Court in Abuja has scheduled June 8 for the hearing of a legal challenge against the interim leadership of the African Democratic Congress (ADC), which is currently led by former Senate President David Mark. The adjournment was granted by Justice Peter Lifu after the plaintiff's attorney, Robert Emukpoeruo, requested additional time, citing the absence of legal representatives for the other parties involved in the case. This development follows ongoing disputes regarding the legitimacy of the ADC's interim leadership structure.
