A fatal road accident on the Yola–Song highway in Adamawa State resulted in the deaths of six individuals, including four National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) members and a Nigerian Army officer. The incident took place near Barikin-Sajo on Wednesday evening when a military gun-truck transporting soldiers collided head-on with a commercial Hummer bus. Emergency services responded to the scene, but the severity of the crash led to the unfortunate loss of life. Authorities are investigating the circumstances surrounding the collision to determine the cause of the accident.
