President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has submitted a formal request to the Senate for the confirmation of Dr. Zainab Marwa as a member of the Governing Board of the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC). This appointment is intended to represent the North-East geopolitical zone of Nigeria. The request was communicated through a letter addressed to Senate President Godswill Akpabio, which was presented during the Senate's plenary session on Thursday.
