The Federal Government has officially certified 131 companies in Nigeria with the African Quality Mark, which applies to a total of 220 products. This initiative is aimed at enhancing the competitiveness of these firms within the framework of the African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA). The certification is expected to facilitate easier access to regional markets and promote the quality of Nigerian products on the continent.
