Farouk Mustapha, a former governorship aspirant in Bauchi State, has refuted claims regarding his alleged discussions for a vice-presidential nomination with Seyi Makinde, the presidential candidate of the Allied Peoples Movement (APM). In a statement released on Friday, Mustapha characterized the circulating reports on social media as untrue and emphasized that no conversations regarding such a nomination had occurred between him and Makinde. He urged the public to disregard the misinformation and clarified his current political stance.
