A Federal High Court in Abuja has issued a ruling mandating the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) to reinstate the registration of the National Youth Council of Nigeria (NYCN) and grant it all associated rights. The court's decision also includes the reinstatement of Sukubo Sara-Igbe Sukubo along with other members of the NYCN Board of Trustees. Furthermore, the court has formally recognized the council, affirming its legitimacy and operational status within the country.
