The Federal High Court has ruled that the deregistration of the National Youth Council of Nigeria (NYCN) by the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) is null and void. The court has directed the CAC to restore the registration certificate of the NYCN, thereby reinstating its legal status. Additionally, the court has dissolved the interim management committee that was established following the deregistration, reinstating the council's original leadership structure.
