The Federal Government has issued a stern warning to contractors engaged in road projects nationwide, indicating that they may face termination of their contracts if they do not demonstrate a commitment to quality work and adherence to project deadlines. This announcement was made by the Minister of Works, David Umahi, during an inspection of the ongoing reconstruction and expansion of the 43.65-kilometre Mararaba-Keffi and Zuba-Kaduna road. Umahi emphasized the importance of timely completion and quality standards in infrastructure development, underscoring the government's dedication to enhancing road networks across the country.
