Arsenal Football Club has submitted an offer to acquire Emmanuel Mbemba, a young defender currently with Paris Saint-Germain, on a free transfer. The 19-year-old recently led PSG's U19 team to victory in the Coupe Gambardella final against Montpellier. Despite receiving a contract extension proposal from PSG, Mbemba is reportedly considering a move away from the club.
