Akwa Ibom State University has not been included in the latest updated list of accredited law programmes released by the Council for Legal Education. This exclusion comes despite recent statements from Governor Eno, who suggested that his political shift to the All Progressives Congress (APC) had facilitated the approval of the university's law faculty. The absence of the university from the list raises concerns regarding the status of its law programme, which has not yet received the necessary accreditation.
