Former Vice-President Atiku Abubakar has responded to Babachir David Lawal, the former Secretary to the Government of the Federation, by accusing him of engaging in divisive and ethnically charged rhetoric. In a statement released by his Senior Special Assistant on Public Communication, Phrank Shaibu, Atiku expressed disappointment that someone of Babachir's stature would resort to such language.
