The North West University Kano chapter of the Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU) has urged both the Federal Government and the Kano State government to promptly address the outstanding allowances as stipulated in the 2025 ASUU-FGN agreement. The union expressed concern over the prolonged delays in payment, indicating that their patience is waning. ASUU warned that continued inaction could lead to significant disruptions within the university system, emphasizing the urgency of resolving the financial issues at hand.
