The Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (FCCPC) has sealed the Lagos office of PWAN MAX Property and Business Solutions Limited due to alleged regulatory non-compliance. This action was prompted by a consumer complaint regarding the non-allocation of 20 plots of land that had been fully paid for in February 2025. The FCCPC initiated an investigation after the company failed to respond to multiple invitations and a compliance notice, which outlined the necessary remedial actions and consequences for non-compliance. The closure of the firm's premises will remain in effect until the commission is satisfied that the breach has been addressed, and further investigations into additional complaints against the company are ongoing.
