Atiku Abubakar, the presidential candidate of the African Democratic Congress (ADC) and former Vice President of Nigeria, has responded to allegations made by Babachir Lawal, the former Secretary to the Government of the Federation. In a statement released by his Senior Special Assistant, Atiku characterized the claims as an "unfortunate cocktail of bitterness, conjecture and political revisionism masquerading as public interest." He emphasized that the allegations lack substantiation and are rooted in personal grievances rather than factual evidence.
