The Abia State Governor, Dr. Alex Otti, announced that a Chinese firm has commenced a feasibility study for the proposed Abia Seaport located in Azumini, Ukwa East Local Government Area. Governor Otti emphasized that the operational seaport would facilitate direct maritime access, thereby improving trade and commerce in the area.
