The Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (FCCPC) has taken action against CASCO Electronics Co. Ltd. by sealing its Lagos office due to non-compliance with regulatory directives. This enforcement action was prompted by a consumer complaint, which the company allegedly failed to address despite receiving summons from the FCCPC. Mrs. Olubunmi Otti, the South-West Zonal Coordinator for the FCCPC, confirmed that the decision to close the office was made to uphold consumer rights and ensure compliance with established regulations.
