During a recent event marking the commissioning of the newly constructed two main carriageways of the Outer Southern Expressway (OSEX) in Abuja, Nyesom Wike, the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, stated that a significant portion of the projects completed under President Bola Tinubu's administration were originally initiated by prior governments. Wike emphasized that approximately 80 percent of these projects were not new undertakings but rather continuations of efforts made by his predecessors.
