Tinubu unveils multi-billion naira economic, infrastructure projects in Ekiti

During a one-day working visit to Ekiti State, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, represented by Vice President Kashim Shettima, inaugurated several significant economic and infrastructural projects in Ado-Ekiti. The projects included the new Zonal Directorate Office Complex of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) and a 1.2-kilometer flyover named after the President, aimed at alleviating traffic congestion in the state capital. Additionally, the Vice President performed the groundbreaking for the Ekiti Knowledge Zone (EKZ), which is intended to promote technology, innovation, and economic development in the region. President Tinubu emphasized the importance of combating corruption and strengthening public institutions, asserting that the new EFCC facility would enhance the commission's capacity to address economic and financial crimes effectively.
