Military Alone Cannot Address Today’s Complex Security Threats, Says Army Chief

In response to the rising violence, the House of Representatives has summoned the Finance Minister, the National Security Adviser, service chiefs, and the Inspector General of Police to discuss the situation. Additionally, Deputy Inspectors General of Police have been assigned to specific zones to oversee ongoing security operations. Concerns have also been raised regarding the abduction of students, highlighting the urgent need for a comprehensive approach to security.
