In 2025, the Linha Verde 1458 hotline in Mozambique recorded a total of 17,656 cases, achieving a resolution rate of 89.5% during the initial call. The majority of these cases were categorized as information requests, accounting for 49.5% of the total, while positive feedback represented 20.2%, technical issues 18.8%, and complaints 7.8%. The feedback closure rate reached 97%, indicating a high level of responsiveness. Additionally, all sensitive cases, including those related to gender-based violence, child protection, and sexual exploitation and abuse, were referred to the appropriate authorities within 24 hours.
