The Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board (NCDMB) has initiated a specialized training programme focused on Human Capital Development, targeting 45 young Nigerians. This initiative aims to provide participants with advanced digital and technology skills essential for success in the oil and gas sector. The training commenced in Lagos and is taking place at the Four Points by Sheraton in Lekki, where attendees will engage in various learning modules designed to enhance their competencies in the industry.
