The Federal Capital Territory Administration (FCTA) has launched High-Intensity Focused Ultrasound (HIFU) technology at Wuse District Hospital to enhance women's reproductive healthcare. This initiative aims to revolutionize the treatment of uterine fibroids and pre-cancerous cervical conditions, according to health experts. To promote the new service, the FCTA is offering free treatment to the first 100 patients who seek care using this advanced technology. The HIFU machine was donated by Nordica Fertility Centre as part of the Renewed Hope initiative.
