India is exploring the possibility of sourcing crude oil from Canada, as indicated by High Commissioner Dinesh Patnaik during the Global Energy Show held in Calgary. He noted that India's newer refineries are equipped to handle heavy crude, which aligns with the characteristics of Canadian oil grades. Furthermore, Patnaik highlighted that officials from both nations are engaging in regular meetings to identify and discuss potential energy collaboration opportunities.
