The Manufacturers Association of Nigeria (MAN) has expressed alarm regarding the detrimental effects of insecurity on industrial operations in the North East region of the country. According to their findings, approximately 60 percent of factories in this area have ceased operations due to ongoing security challenges. This situation has raised significant concerns about the future of manufacturing and economic stability in the region, highlighting the urgent need for measures to address the security crisis affecting industrial activities.
