The Executive Chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), Ola Olukoyede, has expressed alarm regarding the escalating financial demands associated with vying for political positions in Nigeria. During a speech in Ilorin, Kwara State, he highlighted that governorship aspirants are estimated to expend between N20 billion and N30 billion throughout the electoral process.
