These breaches include a missed approach during landing and an emergency landing on a roadway in proximity to Asaba. Additionally, the aircraft reportedly made an unauthorized departure back to Lagos without the necessary clearance. A preliminary report detailing these incidents has been issued by the director of Public Affairs and other relevant authorities.
