The federal government has successfully trained 100 youths in Zamfara State in specialized mechatronics, focusing on the repair and maintenance of petrol and Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) tricycles and motorcycles. This initiative coincided with the commissioning of the National Automotive Design and Development Council (NADDC) Automotive Training Centre in Gusau. The Minister of State for Industry, Trade and Investment emphasized the importance of this training in enhancing local skills and promoting self-sufficiency within the automotive sector. The establishment of the training centre is expected to contribute to job creation and economic development in the region.
