Operatives of the Special Anti-Robbery Squad (SARS) in Delta State have apprehended four individuals suspected of being part of a syndicate that produced and distributed counterfeit United States dollar notes. The suspects, identified as Joshua Nwaosa, Daniel Arhewe, Prince Chukwuma, and John Egwuba, were found in possession of 1,600 fake dollar bills during their arrest. They were operating in a red, unregistered Mercedes-Benz GLK SUV at the time of their capture. The police have stated that the investigation is ongoing to determine the full extent of the syndicate's activities and any additional accomplices.
