Community youths from Umuawa Alaocha in Umuahia North Local Government Area of Abia State successfully rescued two individuals, Mr. Dennis Izuchukwu and Mrs. Onyinyechi Ekechukwu, who had been kidnapped by suspected herdsmen. The abduction occurred on Wednesday, prompting local youths to organize a search operation in the surrounding forest. The rescue operation resulted in the safe recovery of both victims, who are residents of the Ohuhu community. Authorities have been alerted to the incident, and investigations are ongoing to apprehend the kidnappers.
