A late-night fire outbreak at a fairly used items market along Murtala Mohammed Way in Kano resulted in the destruction of goods and properties valued at millions of naira on Thursday. The fire reportedly ignited around 10:00 p.m. and rapidly spread through a significant portion of the market. Firefighters responded promptly and were able to bring the inferno under control, preventing further damage.
