The Yoruba Community in the 19 Northern States and the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Abuja, has officially rejected a mobilisation notice that purportedly encourages support for President Bola Tinubu's re-election bid. In a statement released by its President-General, Barrister Afiz Adigun, the group clarified that it does not endorse the notice and emphasized that it does not represent the views or intentions of the Yoruba people in the region. The community's disavowal comes amid ongoing political activities leading up to the upcoming elections.
