Burglars steal England’s World Cup training equipment in US

The English Football Association (FA) has reported a theft involving the men's national team as they prepare for their inaugural match in the 2026 World Cup. The incident occurred when vehicles transporting training equipment to the team's base in Kansas City were allegedly broken into, resulting in the loss of various items, including balls and boots. Authorities have confirmed that two individuals have been arrested in connection with the crime, and the Kansas Police are actively investigating the matter. The team, which arrived in the United States nearly a week ago after training in Florida, is set to continue preparations at Swope Soccer Village ahead of their first match against Croatia at AT&T Stadium in Dallas, Texas.
