Gov Alia’s Aide Joseph Resigns, Claims 12 Months’ Salary Delay

Atu Terver Joseph, the Special Assistant on Youths and Media Mobilization to Benue State Governor Rev. Fr. Hyacinth Alia, has officially resigned from his position, effective immediately. In his resignation letter submitted to the Secretary to the Benue State Government, Joseph expressed gratitude to the governor for the opportunity to serve. He cited personal reasons for his departure but also raised concerns regarding the delay in salary payments, claiming he had not received his salary for the past 12 months.
