Senator Oluremi Tinubu, the First Lady of Nigeria, has officially inaugurated ten newly completed intra-city road projects in Makurdi, Benue State. These road projects, which cover a total distance of approximately 11.5 kilometres, are part of the Phase I Urban Renewal Programme initiated by the state governor, Rev. Father Hyacinth Alia. In addition to the road projects, the First Lady also commissioned an Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Centre aimed at enhancing digital literacy and access within the community. The developments are expected to significantly improve transportation and technological engagement in the region.
