The Nasarawa State Police Command has announced the successful rescue of seven individuals who were kidnapped, alongside the arrest of 35 suspects involved in various criminal activities. These operations, which have taken place since January 2026, also led to the recovery of 13 firearms. Commissioner of Police, Shetima Jauro Mohammed, provided these updates during a briefing with the Coordinating Deputy Inspector-General of Police, highlighting the ongoing efforts to combat crime in the region.
