The Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) has implemented significant changes within its leadership structure by introducing a new Directorate of State (DOS) and reinstating members who had been previously suspended or expelled. In an official statement released on Tuesday, IPOB leader Nnamdi Kanu confirmed the dissolution of the third administration of the DOS, indicating a shift in the organization’s governance. The restructuring aims to strengthen the group's operations and enhance its objectives moving forward.
