According to a statement from the Police Public Relations Officer, SP Wasiu Abiodun, this enforcement action is intended to combat the increasing incidence of motorists who intentionally conceal, alter, or remove their vehicle registration identifiers. The police aim to enhance road safety and ensure compliance with traffic regulations throughout the state.
