The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has announced that 1,028,929 registered voters in Ekiti State have successfully collected their Permanent Voter’s Cards (PVCs) as of June 14, 2026. This figure represents a significant portion of the total 1,059,360 registered voters in the state, indicating a high level of preparedness for the upcoming gubernatorial election. Mohammed Kudu Haruna, INEC National Commissioner and Chairman of the Information and Voter Education Committee, provided this update in an official statement. The commission continues to emphasize the importance of voter participation in the electoral process.
