Prince Uche Secondus, the former National Chairman of the People's Democratic Party (PDP), has raised concerns regarding the actions of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC), alleging that the party is attempting to undermine the opposition through judicial means. In a statement issued in Abuja on Wednesday, he cautioned that the ongoing efforts to deregister opposition parties could pave the way for a one-party system in Nigeria. Secondus characterized these actions as "judicial rascality," emphasizing the potential threat they pose to the democratic process and electoral integrity in the country.
