On Wednesday, the Nigerian stock exchange continued its downward trend, resulting in a significant loss for investors amounting to N758 billion. The market capitalisation fell to N154.445 trillion, down from N155.203 trillion the previous day, marking a decline of 0.49 percent. Additionally, the All-Share Index (ASI) decreased by 1,182.08 points, also reflecting a 0.49 percent drop. This ongoing bearish performance highlights the challenges currently facing the Nigerian equity market.
