The Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board (NCDMB), in collaboration with Chevron Nigeria Limited (CNL) and Bristow Helicopters Nigeria Limited (BHNL), has launched a pilot training initiative focused on enhancing the skills of the workforce in the oil and gas aviation sector. This Human Capacity Development (HCD) programme is designed to equip participants with practical skills necessary for successful careers in both the local and international oil and gas industries. The initiative underscores a commitment to fostering local talent and ensuring that Nigerian professionals are well-prepared to meet the demands of the sector.
