4 security guards docked for alleged negligent conduct

Four security guards, identified as Collins Ogue, 45; Alubo Abel, 35; Onyinyechin Nud, 32; and Godspower Maidaw, 32, were arraigned on Thursday at the Abuja Chief Magistrates’ Court for alleged negligent conduct. The charges, brought by the police, include four counts of negligence related to their duties at the New Yorker Lounge. During the court proceedings, all four defendants pleaded not guilty to the charges against them. The case is set to proceed with further legal actions as determined by the court.
