The Lagos State Police Command has arrested a woman in connection with an alleged scheme to traffic three young women from Kaduna to Ivory Coast for the purpose of prostitution. The suspect reportedly enticed the victims, aged between 18 and 20, with false promises of legitimate job opportunities in Lagos. Authorities were alerted to the situation, leading to the intervention and subsequent apprehension of the suspect before the trafficking could be carried out. The police are continuing their investigation into the case to uncover any additional individuals involved in the plot.
