Femi Otedola has increased his ownership in First HoldCo to 20.42% following the completion of a private placement, during which he acquired approximately 680.8 million shares. This investment amounts to nearly N30 billion. According to a source familiar with the transaction, another institutional investor purchased the majority of the remaining shares available in the placement.
