A Nigerian rights advocacy group has raised concerns regarding a defendant involved in a multi-billion naira land fraud case in Abuja. The group claims that the defendant acquired a fraudulent second international passport while her original passport was retained by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) as part of her bail conditions. In light of these allegations, the group has formally requested that the Attorney-General of the Federation assume responsibility for the prosecution of the case.
