Yiaga Africa has confirmed the deployment of 272 election observers in Ekiti State in preparation for the upcoming governorship election scheduled for Saturday. This initiative is part of the organization's Watching The Vote (WTV) methodology, aimed at independently monitoring the electoral process. The deployment includes 250 stationary observers positioned at various polling units and 22 mobile observers who will monitor the election across the state. The civic group emphasized its commitment to ensuring transparency and accountability during the electoral exercise.
