President Tinubu has officially granted a six-month extension to Adewale Adeniyi, the Comptroller General of Customs. This extension comes as Adeniyi's initial tenure, which was set to conclude on August 1, 2026, has now been extended until February 2027. The decision aims to allow Adeniyi to further consolidate the implementation of the National Single Window initiative within the Customs service.
