Nyesom Wike, the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, has officially commissioned a seven-kilometre access road and a four-span bridge designed to benefit communities surrounding the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport in Abuja. This infrastructure project, executed by China Civil Engineering Construction Corporation (CCECC), aims to address long-standing neglect experienced by residents who had previously ceded land for the airport's expansion. The completion of this road and bridge is expected to enhance connectivity and improve the overall living conditions for the affected communities.
